How Does the Design Process Work? 

Our system for building your site is somewhat unique.  We try to take as much of the stress of building the new site off you as possible to allow you to focus on the important aspects of your business - what you do best!  The following points give you some more information:

Stage 1 
You contact us about your site design.
We arrange a meeting that is at a place and time that is convienient for YOU, so long as you reside in the Aberdeenshire area.  From this meeting, we can establish what you are looking for, and also allows us to form a scope of work agreement that makes things clear as to what is exactly required.

Stage 2
After the initial meeting, WE form a quotation for the design, and contact you to let you know, at that point we require 10% of this to cover the cost of designing your concept design.  Upon completion of the concept design, we will notify you so that you can review it. 

Stage 3
Once you have signed off on the concept design as fit for purpose the rest of the balance quoted is due.  Upon receipt of payment, we will then add in all content, images etc. in line with the agreed scope of work.

Stage 4
Once you have signed off on the final revision of the site, we will then arrange the domain name and hosting account for you, and transfer the final design over to the live server on your behalf.

Stage 5
WE will notify you of the site going live, and include a news release on our site of your site going live.  We will also provide full training on how to administer your site.

Stage 6
YOU begin to advertise your site.

Please be aware that any work carried out that is either outside of the original scope of work, or that is to be carried out after the site has gone live will be done at a rate of £30 per hour.
